Description:
Restarting the mysql service via administrator yields an access violation, see screenshot.

The only way I was able to repeat this was clicking faster
the start/stop service button several times. In this case
disabling the button while the service is in pending stop
state or pending start state should be the fix.

source repository of that product and will be incorporated into the
next release.
