Description:
I can't find "table_definition_cache" at "5.2.1. Option and Variable Reference". The server does not accept it either. But it should be an option for the server (Default Enterprise Server Configuration).

How to repeat:
Edit the my.cnf with this option.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been addressed in the documentation. The updated documentation will appear on our website shortly, and will be included in the next release of the relevant products.

The manual was in error, this variable was introduced in
MySQL 5.1 and should not appear in the 5.0 manual.
I've removed it from the installation instructions.
