Description:
After deleting a dead server on 'Manage Servers' this server was still visible in the list of servers that I could add to a group.

The server had a lot of data, so the DELETE itself took longer. After ~ 1 h (during which I took the mysqldump and catched the log files) the server was no longer visible.

AFAIR the server was not the first one of some servers I deleted. But it was the only one I was looking on whether it was deleted or not at this moment.

How to repeat:
- delete a server
- right after control is back reload the "Manage Servers" page
- click on one 'Add to group' links
- see, that the server is still there for to be added to this group

Suggested fix:
- use the same SELECT logic as for the dashboard / heatchart, where the server was really no longer visible, although the DELETE was still in process

Can we simply remove the server from the server cache prior to performing the cascading delete?

Can we also delete the agent as part of this operation?

re-assigning to Sloan, so the bug will be tracked while I am on vacation.

Looks like this was fixed as part of another bug. Perhaps inadvertently. I can no longer reproduce this bug. If you can't either please close it!
