Description:
If I stop the service (in [Service Control/Start-Stop Service]) and I resart it, I get the message:

Access violation at address 0099449B7 in module 'libmysqladmin.dll' Read of address 00000000

but after that I can continue working without problems.

How to repeat:
Stop the MySql Server and restart it.

I wasn't able to repeat the behavior reported on Win XP.

I have the same problem running on Windows 2000 SP4.
