IN cluster docu

is something written about start phase 10 and 11.

In reality these are called 100 and 101.

2007-03-21 15:37:16 [MgmSrvr] INFO     -- Node 11: Start phase 101 completed (node restart)

Either or is wrong.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been addressed in the documentation. The updated documentation will appear on our website shortly, and will be included in the next release of the relevant products.

Fixed wrong start phase numbers in 4.1/5.0/5.1 versions of indicated section.
