Could you please verify that creating a new connection in the option dialog (accessable via the [...] button on the connection dialog) does not work?

Saving the connection in the [...] button does work. However a) the connection dropdown on the login mask still doesn't open b) the connections displayed via the [...] button show root@localhost as connection name, while the actual connections where saved as 'localhost'- this is at least inconsistent. Cheers, Andi
