Description:
When I report a bug, there is no option to "subscribe" to receive e-mail updates regarding the bug. If I later go in and view the bug, I can click on the "subscribe" button to become subscribed, but that requires an additional step that I keep forgetting to do.

How to repeat:
http://bugs.mysql.com/report.php
There is no option for "subscribe to receivee e-mail updates regarding this bug".

Suggested fix:
Add checkbox titled "subscribe to receive e-mail updates", and then subscribe the submitter if so specified.

I personally, would prefer that the checkbox default to being checked (true, send me updates). You could even go further and let me set what that default should be in my profile .. an option that reads "automatically subscribe to e-mail updates for bug reports you submit" yes/no.

The original bug reporter is always subscribed to updates. The problem here is that we still show the Subscribe button for them.
