Description:
"SHOW CREATE TABLE my_table" result columns have BINARY_FLAG set. This looks irrelevant.

How to repeat:
Just create any table. For instance:
CREATE TABLE `mytable` (
  `id` int(11) NOT NULL auto_increment,
  `mytext` varchar(50) default NULL,
  PRIMARY KEY  (`id`)
);
