MySQL Roadmap in the 5.1 docs is obsolete. It contains TO-DO's for the 4.0!

The section doesn't list *only* stuff to be done in the future,
it also provides a bit of historical overview.  I'll make some
wording changes in the introductory text to help clarify this.
