Description:
Output of SHOW should be limtable be the LIMIT and OFFSET keywords.

How to repeat:
SHOW COLUMNS FROM mysql.db;
SHOW COLUMNS FROM mysql.db LIMIT 5;
SHOW COLUMNS FROM mysql.db LIMIT 5 OFFSET 10;

Suggested fix:
Carry SHOW more like SELECT.
