Description:
I told the wizard to only allow 25 connections to the server it was configuring. When I checked the resulting my.ini file "max_connections = 100"

How to repeat:
Perform a custom configuration using the wizard. When it asks you for how many connections to allow, type in 25. Compare to the resulting my.ini file.

Suggested fix:
Respect the user's wishes. Use the value they actually entered.
