Description:
When managing instances MySQL Administator sometimes fails to update uninstalled instances. In some of these cases its a fatal error.
Contains Bug #26912, may be related to #26999, #26729.

How to repeat:
With an existing mysql-nt instance running.
start admin in instance mode (right click MySQL System Tray Monitor... Actions... Manage instances).
right click in the bottom left on the instance and uninstall service.
message box has unprintable characters in it (Bug #26912)
service will not disappear, even if you right click refresh service status
uninstall service again.
Somtimes it will give an Access violation at this point
If the program keeps running, add new instance, name it the same as the uninstalled instance
enter a valid ini path
enter a valid exe path
Apply changes
May give an access violation at this point, if not you will have two instances in the box at the left.
May be related to #26999

Suggested fix:
Unsure as to the cause of the issue. Possible need to inspect the uninstall clean up (ensure that after uninstall that the services are read fresh).

Thank you for a problem report. I had verified that uninstalled service doe NOT disapper from thelist. So, there is surely something for developers to take a look at.
