Description:
Management server fails to restart.

Management server listening on 2200

ndb_mgm>  1 RESTART

Node 1 is being restarted

ndb_mgm>
ndb_mgm>
ndb_mgm> show
Unable to connect with connect string: nodeid=0,localhost:2200
Retrying every 5 seconds. Attempts left: 2

and process is not restarted

The ndb_mgmd process has no angle process that could handle its restart,
so restart attempts should be rejected by the management client?

This is still an issue with 5.0.62....
