Description:
With Microsoft Access 2000, MyODBC 5.00.11 and MySQL 5.0.27.

Initially, when freshly opening an MDB and trying to export a table to MySQL via MyODBC (Export > Save as type: ODBC Databases() > OK > Machine Data Source > [select a data source]), MyODBC shows a window with the title "MySQL Connector/ODBC 5.00.11 - Driver Connect" with empty fields necessary to connect to a MySQL database.

Cancelling that and attempting again seems to work fine until a while later.

Now, it always asks until I fill in the required connection information. Once it has the necessary information, it will resume with the export. After that, it forgets the connection details. Checking with the Window's "Data Sources (ODBC)" shows that MyODBC still knows of the connection information.

How to repeat:
Uncertain.
