How to repeat:
Start GERMAN Administrator 1.2.10

When the logon screen like in screen shot s1 pops up
press and hold the CTRL key so the cancel button changes to 'skip' button.
Press skip button.

MA in Configure-service Mode pops up like in screen shot s2

In the upper left pane select 'Startvariablen'.
In  the right pane a series of tabs with labels in German are visible
but the content of these tabs is only, partial/minimal, or not at all localized.

Thank you for a bug report. Verified based on screenshots uploaded.

Many thanks for writing a bug report. We are on the way to implement full functionality of MySQL Administrator into MySQL Workbench. We won't fix this anymore.

There are already plans to translate Workbench into German but that will be a total new translation and so this won't occur there anymore.
