Description:
When the agent starts (and on each re-sync?) the agent should check the time difference between server and agent.

When the diff is too big the agent should not start / should stop (or warn, where?).

How to repeat:
start and agent on a machine that has a clock running ~ 1:05 in future ... and see that the agent needs this 1:05 h to appear on the dashboard.

The server should track the agent's UTC timestamps and see if it is far off and alert the user about it
