Description:
typelib.h seems to be missing in the include directory of the MySQL 5.0.0 server.

How to repeat:
download and install MySQL 5.0 on Windows.

Suggested fix:
add file to installer.

Thank you for the bug report. Please in the meantime for to get
that file download the version with non-installer 5.0.0a. The
only package which has missed that file is the one with installer.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been committed to our
source repository of that product and will be incorporated into the
next release.

If necessary, you can access the source repository and build the latest
available version, including the bugfix, yourself. More information
