Description:
Hi

MySQL client version: 4.1.10
phpMyAdmin - 2.9.0.2

I have a problem with phpmyadmin, if I click on certain tables to browse then, MySQL crashes or stalls the service and takes down the whole website. this lasts for about 10 minutes and after it it comes back up again. Strange fact it only happens on large tables in browse mode.

Anyone an idea how to fix this? i tryed to restore tables and optimize the overhead. this seems to work for 2 minutes after it, I have the same problems. I have to say this is a test database not a live one, so there isn't anything written into it while browsing.

Sorry if there is any duplicate of the bug, I could not find one myself.

How to repeat:
Table dependant;

large table with around 40 ~ 50 fields, crasehs on "browse" table.

Suggested fix:
I don't know.
