Description:
on a windows with no mysqld installed (this may not be pre-condition, but I only have windows with no mysqld)

via the system tray, start the "manage mysql instances"

- there should be nothing listed in "installed services" (below the page selector)

go to page "service control", tab "configure service"

- all fields should be empty (except "launch on system start" will be clicked)

tick the "named pipes" checkbox

-> access violation

(also happens when unticking)
