Description:
When changing any options within the options dialogue two things are normally true:
- the apply button will be enabled (so you can save your changes)
- You will be asked about discarding your changes (if for example you select a different option-page)

There are 2 options for which that is not given:
- "Ticks after the peak level resets" (on the administration page)
- "Notes" on the connection page

Those changes can only be applied, if any other option was touched too.

They will be lost, if the page is changed.

How to repeat:
go to options, change the described settings, and not that nothing happens to the apply button
