Description:
Trying to disable the "server contains a default "test" database" advisor results in a stack trace (see attached image). 

This is likely to do with the double quotes around "test", as all other advisors can be disabled just fine, and do not include these quotes.

Unscheduling the rule works fine. 

How to repeat:
Try to "disable" the "Server contains a default "test" database" rule from within the current schedule.

Issue was that the submission used a custom mechanism rather than the argument assemble in the standard popups - the params were not encoded in the ajax call in this custom mechanism.
