Description:
I would like to see all lock wait timeouts consolidated into a master variable, trx_lock_wait_timeout or similar.  InnoDB currently has innodb_lock_wait_timeout, SolidDB has soliddb_lock_wait_timeout, and other storage engines will surely implement the same.
