Description:
I get one email now, for every file I attache.

This has not happened before 
and I am not aware that 
I have requested this behaviour.

Pleas help tell me how to turn this off as I 
often attache files.

How to repeat:
Enter a bug and attache a file.

This is the expected behavior now -- file uploads are treated just like comments.

This is not a good idea to have this behaviour on, by default.
Please make it so that I can turn this on, or off.
