Description:
it would be fine to be able to send a test mail when a notification group has been added or changed.

How to repeat:
create a notification group

Suggested fix:
have a checkbox in the 'create group' and 'edit group' dialogs, that offers to send a test mail to the whole group, like it is possible when the email settings are saved. offer this checkbox only, if there are already mail settings for sending mails saved.

This bug is not scheduled to be fixed at this time.
