Description:
I installed mysql (downloaded a depot from www.mysql.com)but php can’t connect to database. When I start my apache there’s an error : 

“PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/opt/hpws/apache/php/l 
ib/php/extensions/mysql.sl' - Can't open shared library: /opt/mysql/lib/mysql/lib 
mysqlclient.sl.10 in Unknown on line 0” 

I tried to look for lib/mysql/libmysqlclient.sl in my system but i can’t find it. The content of /usr/local/mysql/lib is: 

libdbug.a 
libmysql.imp 
libmysqlclient.a 
libmysqlclient_r.a 
libmystrings.a 
libmysys.a 
libz.a 

I also tried to install the MyODBC but still no sucess, the libmysqlclient.sl isn’t anywhere. 

I already serched but I can't find the answer for this problem.
can you help me?

apache version - Apache/2.0.54  HP-UX_Apache-based_Web_Server
php version -5.0.4
