Description:
I just installed MySQL 5.0.27 on an Intel Mac under osX 10.4.8.

I also installed the preference pane in the .dmg download.

The bug/problem is that the MySQL server stops every time I log out of a user account.

When I install MySQL 5.0.27 under osX 10.3.9 on a G4 machine, the server behave normally (continues to run when I logout of a user account).

How to repeat:
Install under system 10.4.8 on an intel Mac

The same problem occus under 10.4.8/intel if I upgrade to 5.1.15-beta or downgrade to 4.1.22

Apparently this problem has been resolved after I restarted the machine. Perhaps a restart should be suggested or required by the installer?
