Description:
When reverse engineering and excluding tables relations are not visualized properly. All my table have keys / foreing keys. Only one key was visualized, I had to import all tables and then manually delete ones I didn't want to see in the schema.

How to repeat:
Import database with excluded tables.

Suggested fix:
Keys should be always displayed. Keys are in the tables but visualization doesn't work properly.

Changed severity as this makes tool hard to use with very large databases consisting hundreds of tables.

Thank you for a problem report. Please, send mysqldump of a small schema that demonstrates the behaviour described, and send more detailed instructions on what tables to exclude.
