Menue entries and buttons enabled instead of being disabled

How to repeat:
Start Query Browser

Screen like in s1 comes up.

Look at the green buttons EXPLAIN, COMPARE and EXECUTE all three are enabled 
although no query/query result is present.

Activate the Query menu like in screen shot s2
All the entries are enabled although no query/query result is present.
