Description:
No public bk trees for

bk://mysql.bkbits.net/myodbc
bk://mysql.bkbits.net/myodbc-3.51

How to repeat:
Pull bk://mysql.bkbits.net/myodbc
  -> file://local/bk/myodbc
ERROR-cannot cd to myodbc (illegal, nonexistant, or not package root)
Pull bk://mysql.bkbits.net/myodbc-3.51
  -> file://local/bk/myodbc-3.51
ERROR-cannot cd to myodbc-3.51 (illegal, nonexistant, or not package root)

or do a bk clone same error.

myodbc-3.51 is at http://mysql.bkbits.net:8080/myodbc3

This is the name under it was originally published very long time ago.
I didn't change it's name as it would cause problems to everyone who cloned it.
