No version of MyODBC and windows would support greater than 100k of file descriptors

This was with the Unisys Microsoft Cluster Systems that are on www.unisys.com web pages under their products.

This won't be fixed in version 3.51.  If it is still an issue after 3.53 is released, it can be revisited.  3.53 is a new version of MyODBC which is currently under development.
