No version of MyODBC support 5.0

How to repeat:
Tried 3.52 but it does not do all functionality.

This will be handled in v3.52. I am tasked to complete a number of bugs on v3.51 then move on to v3.52. 

I have also been advised that I may have to start v3.52 again, from v3.51 sources as the work in v3.52 is half done by another developer and may not be "clean" and/or "accurate" enough to base my work. Will see.

In any event; 3.52 will support MySQL features introduced in v4.1 and above.

Recent versions of 3.51 work fine with 5.0.
