Description:
Hi, it is possible to get administrator in bit of a knot when manipulating user details.

How to repeat:
1. Start Adminsitrator
2. Select 'User Administration' from left list
3. Show users for 'root' by double clicking
4. Select 'localhost' account
5. Clear password (even if no password is set)
6. Click add user button down bottom of screen
7. Select 'Yes' to 'User root has been modified. Do you wish to store changes?'

ACTUAL RESULT : Error msgbox and/or console error is shown.

Suggested fix:
Changes should be saved as if the 'Apply' button was clicked itself.

Thank you for a bug report. Verified just as described on Windows XP SP2.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same. Because of this, we hope you add your comments to the original bug instead.

Thank you for your interest in MySQL.
