Description:
When clearing all logs, the notice message is inappropriate.

'Logs for "" have been cleared.'

How to repeat:
Go to Settings, Logs, and click "clear all logs"
Confirm clearing
Note that the message in the upper right notice box reads 'Logs for "" have been cleared.'

Suggested fix:
Change the message to read 'All logs have been cleared.'
