Description:
Hi, I cannot resize the separator between the Schemata/Plugins and Layers/Properties panes. I can do this for the left sidebar and the main working area.

This is a big pain, as the object tree in Schemata tab can grow quite large (ignoring that there can even be multiple schemata there), but is shown in a pane taking about 1/3 of the available space, whereas the seldomly needed properties/layers pane take about 2/3 of the vertical space

How to repeat:
please read description. try to enlarge the schemata pane

Suggested fix:
please allow vertical resize of the left sidebar Schemata/Plugins - Layers/Properties frames
