Description:
The server count within the footer of the dashboard is reporting the counts incorrectly. Each contracted "server" for a customer is in fact "physical server", with no limit on the number of MySQL instances on that server.

However, we are currently counting each unique "Instance" of MySQL as a "Server", which is incorrect.

How to repeat:
Install two instances on the same server, and point one agent at each instance, then observe the server count within the footer of the Enterprise Dashboard.

Suggested fix:
Count unique "servers", instead of "instances".

This is a *must* fix for 1.1.1

Verified fixed in 1.2.0.6501

net-dev1 had 10 agents all running on the same machine - license count was 1. Added agent from net-sup1 and license count went to 2.
