Description:
The button that links to MySQL Network is broken.

How to repeat:
Go to "Start-up Parameters", "Administration & Security Advisors". Click the "Click here for more information" button. Nothing happens -- browser does not open.

Suggested fix:
Open the browser at the MySQL Network site.

what's your default browser set to?

It's set to Firefox (Version 2).
