Thank you for a problem report. Sorry, but Bug #25284, "select CAST(UNHEX('7C40') AS UNSIGNED); fails. Apparently related to #13016", has nothing in common with this one, and no test.sql uploaded. Please, try to repeat with a newer version, from GUI Tools 5.0r8, and inform about the results.

I have installed the latest updates as requested and the bug still happens. I have uploaded a new file to the FTP upload space as a backup of my main database, i do not know if this will be enough or not. if you would like a full backup (it is not very big if i exclude the log tables, proabably only 7-8 MB. Please let me know and I will send again. Charlie

Please, upload a minimum set of data to repeat the behaviour described (use bug number, 25406, in a file name). Then describe all steps to repeat it.

OK, no problem, that is on its way to you as we speak s a mysqldump of the database. ...log into mysql administrator as root. on 127.0.0.1, 3306 Select catalogues, Select Schema, WellandPowerDb Select the stored proceedures tab. Click on count_customer_totalsetvalue and click on the 'edit routine' button. The application exits. This routine seems seems to cause an exit every time on my system. Most of the other routines work, the exit seems to be routine specific. Charlie

Thank you for the feedback. Restoring the file 25406.sql you have provided I am getting an error message from Administrator: Could not retrieve entity status data for schema 'wellan...". then looking in the file I noticed the grant tables are restored too. Could you please verify if you aren't experiencing privileges issues or provide a backup file without include the mysql database. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for taking the time to look into this. No, no issues on the access side as far as I know.... We get no errors, just a total program exit. We are not restoring grant tables, we simply sent you them so you had the full dataset as i thought it might help being fairly small. If there is anything else you would like me to do please let me know.

Thank you for the feedback. I removed the mysql database from the backup file and then restored. However I was unable to find the SP: count_customer_totalsetvalue you had mentioned exist in the schema WellandPowerDb. Could you please provide the dump file (be sure the SP is included) of that schema only?. Thanks in advance.
