Description:
options tab does not display information, blank gray screen.

shut down server and all applications and tried changing permissions to the same permissions as data directory and deleting config file for administrator 5.0.r8 to create a new file. neither options worked.

How to repeat:
installed new server 5.0.27 with no recognisable malfunctions.
installed odbc 3.51.12,8.2.0 into odbc administrator.
installed tools 5.0.r8.

Suggested fix:
reverted to tools 5.0.r4 and all is working well so far.

MySQL Administrator reported the error as 'cannot read file'.

Thank you for the report.

Verified as described:

1. Open MySQL Administrator
2. Click Stop button in Service tab.
3. Create and change option file.
4. Start service.
5. Restart MySQL Administrator
6. Try to access to Options tab

This is still a problem with 5.0.r9.  No options available.  I'm running  on 10.4.8.
