I've got the following request :

Code :
SELECT assignment_lines.id_job_line, sum(assignment_lines.cout_t)
FROM assignment_lines
GROUP BY assignment_lines.id_job_line

This request retrieve 141000 rows, without problem. When I sore this request in a view (myview):

Code :
SELECT * FROM myview 
I could fetch roughly 61000 rows until the server gets down.

It seems that mysql encounters some difficulties to handle a large number of rows with sum/Group by command within a view.

How to repeat:
run a view with sum/group by query commands on a table with more than 100000 entries.

could you please test with the latest release, if the issue still happens
please provide the complete test case, server settings, table definition,
OS where are you running, frequently this is necessary to be repeatable
on our side. Thanks in advance.

Ok, I upgraded to the latest version and it worked correctly.
However, I got some troubles with ODBC queries since I had the new version installed but I assume that is another problem that has to be a ODBC support issue.
