Description:
Setting up a scheduled backup project, even daily, weekly or monthly I get:
"00:00 (or the hour and minute I put in the Time textbox) is not a valid date and time".

I have tried to put a DATETIME "0000-00-00 10:00:00" but it gives me:
"0000-00-00 10:00:00 is not a valid date and time".

How to repeat:
Setting up a scheduled backup project.

Bug #25313 and Bug #25043 have marked as duplicates of this one.

They contain information how to repeat the error.
