Thank you for a problem report. Please, try to repeat with a newer version, 1.0.1, and inform about the results.

This has been a bit tricky to repeat. But after upgrading to 1.0.1.4391 and FC6 I have still not seen this error yet after running for 19 days.

Please, reopen this bug report if you'll get the same message with this new version.

Description: I'm running the Merlin server on an FC5/i386 machine that has been up for 15 days now. I logged into the dashboard yesterday and left it logged in during the night. But now I only get: couldn't connect to host #0 /opt/mysql/network/monitoring/dashboard/lib/Merlin/Rest/Service.php(62): Merlin_HTTP->post(Array) #1 /opt/mysql/network/monitoring/dashboard/lib/Merlin/Rest/Service.php(117): Merlin_Rest_Service->post('/merlin/main', Array, 1) #2 /opt/mysql/network/monitoring/dashboard/lib/Merlin/Rest/Service/MerlinServer.php(41): Merlin_Rest_Service->send(Array) #3 /opt/mysql/network/monitoring/dashboard/lib/Merlin/Controller.php(83): Merlin_Rest_Service_MerlinServer->get_info() #4 /opt/mysql/network/monitoring/dashboard/lib/Merlin/Controller/Dashboard.php(77): Merlin_Controller->__construct() #5 /opt/mysql/network/monitoring/dashboard/lib/Merlin/Controller.php(495): Merlin_Controller_Dashboard->__construct() #6 /opt/mysql/network/monitoring/dashboard/htdocs/index.php(45): Merlin_Controller_Factory::create('Dashboard') #7 {main} It doesn't seem to be a disk full since I still have 3.0GB left on that partition. I still seem to have Apache and MySQL processes running in that directory. How to repeat: Login to the dashboard and wait.
