Description:
I had a backup project saved from a previous Administrator version. When loading it in 1.2.6rc, the Save and Execute buttons are grayed out. The project is configured to run a complete backup. I've noticed the application tries to take that into consideration (checking that option changes the enabled state of the Execute button in some situations, I think). The button becomes enabled if I uncheck/check a checkbox. All the entities in the database are checked by default. The problem exists if I create a project in 1.2.6rc too.

How to repeat:
1. Create a backup project. I suggest a complete backup of a database.
2. Exit Administrator.
3. Reenter Administrator
4. Load the backup project.

Suggested fix:
Pay attention to the way the enabled state is computed :D, or let us know if the behavior is normal (doesn't seem to be though - my backup should be executable right away)
