Description:
If use this time format "10:00" (default schedule time format) an error appears "10:00 is not a valid date time"
Width this time fotmat "10.00" the error not appears

How to repeat:
Create a backup leaving the  default time “23: 00”. 
Try to save the backup

Suggested fix:
Changing the default format from "10:00" to "10.00"
