Description:
You cannot open the GRT shell as stand-alone window after docking it opening it, closing it and undocking it. (GRT version 2.0.12)

How to repeat:
Dock the GRT shell and then open it. Close the GRT shell and turn off docking. Open the GRT shell and you get a blank window -- no command line at all. 

Suggested fix:
Show the GRT command line.
