Description:
I miss the next/prev links on top of the manual page (manual for mysql 5.0, english).

The links on the bottom should also be centered, not on the rigth side of the page; on http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/optimization.html my browser displays them under the "section navigation" part suggesting that the navigation links belong to that section.
