Description:
Have received numerous comments/requests for secure email

How to repeat:
see above

Suggested fix:
For now, add this to readme:

The Service Manager currently sends email using the JavaMail API. This API has no support for sending or receiving secure email. The architecture of the JavaMail API allows such support to be easily added by third parties. For more information about the email security standards, Secure/Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (S/MIME)and Pretty Good Privacy(PGP), see http://www.imc.org/smime-pgpmime.html. Please browse our Third Party Products (http://solutions.mysql.com/solutions/partners/) page for solutions from other vendors. Later versions of MySQL Network Monitoring and Advisory Service may incorporate support for these services.

The JavaMail API uses TLS if the smtp server supports it.
