Description:
Menu Option
===========
Tools->Options->Various->[x] Associate Sql/Query files with Query Browser

Problem
=======
When option is checked and applied, all files are associated with Query Browser. However when the file is open from Windows Explorer, it simply launches the program without loading the associated file into the query window. This means the option is near pointless.

How to repeat:
1) Place a tick [x] in the "Associate Sql/Query files with Query Browser" option, under Tools->Options

2) Close Query Browser

3) Double click an .sql file

Suggested fix:
Add a proper procedure for handling the file when the program is launched.
