Description:
If user wants to create a new event he cannot create it by passing the parameters, the vendor has to create it manually after discovering the parameters passed by the user. This leads to inconvenience while creating the events. I guess i can report it as a bug in MySql version 5.1. I hope this should get fix asap.

How to repeat:
Just pass parameters while creating an event and the bug will be reproduced.
