Description:
when opening the 'readme.txt' on Windows with the Windows default "editor" (Notepad.exe) the file cannot be read from the Unix file format.

I see that we have at the moment only one readme.txt, but at least for GA we need to have all 'these' documents readable for the Windows users.

How to repeat:
open readme.txt with Notepad

unix2dos readme.txt
