Description:
History link is displayed in current schedule popup when there has never been an alert. This may display events if the current schedule view has become stale but I don't see that being something we should account for.

Recommend deferring to post 1.0

How to repeat:
Open the schedule popup for a schedule that has no alerts.
Note that there is a "history" link

Suggested fix:
Do not display history link if there is no last alert time.
